Inviting Team Members
Add your casting team to your Stagebound organisation.
You can invite anyone to join your organisation by sending them an invitation email. Only Owners and Admins can send invitations.
Sending an invitation
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Choose the role you want to assign them (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).
- Click Send invitation.
The person will receive an email with a link to join your organisation. Send a separate invitation for each person.
What happens next
If they already have a Stagebound account, clicking the link will add them to your organisation straight away. No additional steps are required on their end.
If they don't have an account yet, they'll be guided through the sign-up process first. Once their account is created, they'll be added to your organisation automatically.
Pending invitations
Invited members appear under Invitations on Settings → Team with a Pending status until they accept. You can revoke a pending invitation from that row.
Invitation links expire after 7 days. If someone misses the window, return to Settings → Team and resend the invitation — a fresh link will be sent to their email.
