Quickstart

Get up and running with Stagebound in under 5 minutes: create your account, set up your org, and invite your team.

This guide walks you through getting your team set up in Stagebound. The whole process takes less than five minutes.

Step 1: Create your account

Go to app.stagebound.app and sign up. Stagebound uses passwordless sign-in — you can log in with Google, or enter your email address to receive a one-time passcode. There are no passwords to create or remember.

Once you verify your email or complete the Google sign-in, you'll land in the onboarding flow.

Step 2: Create your organisation

The first thing you'll do after signing up is create your organisation. Your organisation is the shared workspace for your entire team.

You'll be asked to:

  • Choose a name — this is what your team sees, for example "Meridian Casting" or "Blackwood Productions"
  • Choose a URL slug — this becomes your org's address within the app, for example app.stagebound.app/org/meridian-casting
  • Upload a logo (optional) — shown in the navigation and on invite emails sent to your team

Once you confirm, your organisation is created and you're taken to your dashboard.

Step 3: Invite your team

From your dashboard, open Settings and go to the Members tab. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite and choose a role for each one.

Each person will receive an email with a link to join your organisation. When they click the link, they'll be prompted to create their account (if they don't have one already) and will land directly in your workspace.

You're ready

That's it — your organisation is set up and your team has a shared workspace. The next step is to create your first production and get your casting pipeline ready before auditions. Documentation for productions is coming soon.
