Account Settings

Manage your account details, data, and privacy.

Account settings let you manage the personal details tied to your Stagebound account — things like your display name, your sign-in methods, and your data. These settings are personal: they follow you across every organisation you belong to, not just one.

Finding account settings

Click your name or avatar in the bottom of the sidebar, then select Account settings from the menu that appears.

What you can manage

Profile

Update the display name shown to your colleagues throughout Stagebound. This is separate from your Google display name — changing it here only affects how you appear within the app.

Email

Your email address is shown here. This is the address Stagebound uses both for sign-in (if you use email OTP) and for notifications. If you need to change it, you'll be asked to verify the new address before the change takes effect.

Connected accounts

See which sign-in methods are currently linked to your account — Google, email, or both. This section lets you check at a glance how you can access your account.

Data export

You can request a download of your personal data at any time. Stagebound will prepare a ZIP file containing your profile information and audition history, and send a download link to your email address. This is useful if you want a copy of your data or are planning to close your account.

Account deletion

If you want to close your account, you can request deletion from this section. Your account enters a 30-day grace period: it is deactivated immediately, but your data is not permanently removed until the grace period ends. If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account by signing back in at any point during those 30 days. After the grace period, the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
